Rose Hill UMC has multiple buildings to house religious services as well as community activities.
 | Faith Center The Faith Center is located on the west side of Rosehill Church Road. It is the home of 10:30 Sunday services, church offices, and multiple classrooms. |
Historic Sanctuary The Historic Sanctuary is the first church building you will see on the east side of Rosehill Church Road. This building is the home of 8:30 Sunday services, first Wednesday communion services, and special holiday services such as Thanksgiving and late Christmas Eve. |  |
 | The HUB The HUB is the Youth's Home Under the Branches. It is located on the east side of Rosehill Church Road, directly south of the Historic Sanctuary. Youth activities and classes are held here. |
Fellowship Hall The Fellowship Hall is located on the east side of Rosehill Church Road, directly south of the brick sanctuary. It is the home of Sunday School classes for kids and youth from grade 3 to high school. Fellowship luncheons are held in the Fellowship Hall once a month. The facility is also used for Boy Scout meetings, 4-H meetings, and home-school classes. |  |
