Define Church: The Fellowship
Today we continue our sermon series, Define: Church, which is all about exploring who we are as church, what were called to do, and why we matter. Today is also Youth Sunday. Once a year we invite our youth to lead us in worship, which is great considering our young people are not just the church of tomorrow; they are also the church of today! This church has an amazing group of young people who are on fire for Jesus. I know we will be blessed by their offerings of praise and worship. Thank you for joining us this  morning. You are a valuable member of the Body of Christ.

Raised To Life: Road To Nowhere
Today, we will complete our current sermon series, Raised to Life.”  Jesus is alive and is spontaneously surprising those who had put there hopes in him.  On Resurrection Sunday, Jesus meets up with two despondent friends who are walking down a path of despair... who are on a road to nowhere.  Then, out of nowhere, Jesus appears and changes the course of their lives.  This morning, we will explore this amazing account and ponder what this encounter with the Risen Christ might mean for us.

    Raised to Life: Surprise!
Today, we continue our sermon series, Raised to Life.  Can you imagine seeing our Risen Lord, in the flesh?  The disciples can!  On Easter Sunday night, they experienced light and life radiating from Christ. Our Bible text today takes us to this first encounter between the resurrected Christ and his disciples; and, it teaches us to always be on the look out for Christ sightings wherever we go.  You never know when Jesus might suddenly and powerfully appear.

People of the Resurrection: The Living Christ
After Jesus was raised to life, he suddenly and spontaneously appeared to his disciples on a number of occasions, each time giving them glimpses of the new life that was now available to them.  Over the next three weeks, we will focus on the power of the Resurrection and how this power immediately transformed Jesus’ disciples into people of The Resurrection.  You’re invited to join us as we explore the impact of the empty tomb and what it means, for us, to be raised to life in Christ and to live as people of The Resurrection as well.
